DELIVERY AND RETURNS
HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
Standard Delivery – FREE
3 working days. Orders placed after 5pm on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.
Next working day – £5.95
Monday-Friday for orders placed before 12pm
International Delivery - £9.99 for small packages but please contact us if you would rather arrange a delivery method to suit you.
For Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, the Channel Islands and Mainland Europe, please allow 3 to 5 working days for standard delivery.
All orders are sent via recorded delivery and will require a signature. These prices are based on parcels weighing up to 2.27 kilograms, any parcels exceeding this may cost considerably more.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will be sent a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
We hope that you will love your order. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied or you wish to cancel your order, you may return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery so long as it is unopened and in its original condition.
To return a product, please contact us to discuss your intentions so that your request can be processed before the 14 day returns period runs out. Returns will only be accepted via this procedure.
We will then issue a refund or offer an exchange once the product has been received if it meets our conditions for resale.
We cannot accept returns which have been used, altered or damaged. If you receive a product which has been damaged during delivery or appears to be faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance with a return or exchange.
Upon receipt, we will make a determination, at our reasonable discretion, whether a product claimed to be damaged or defective was actually damaged or defective when originally delivered to you.
Please do not destroy or throw away any product, even if you suspect it to be faulty, before you have spoken us. Doing so may affect any refund or replacement that you may be entitled to.
